1. The App/Website and Clients

Finploy has developed and solely owns a mobile recruitment software application and website called "Finploy Finance Employment" ("App/Website"). Clients ("Clients") may browse, download, and use the App/Website. Accessing the App/Website implies that Clients have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Information

2.1 Personal Information

"Personal Information" includes transactional information and other data contained in SMS messages sent by service providers (such as financial institutions, mobile carriers, and utility companies) regarding transactions across financial accounts. This includes:

Mobile phone numbers of Clients.
Email addresses of Clients.
Partial payment card data (if disclosed in messages).
Transaction-related information, including service/product identity and price/fee details.

2.2 Purpose of Collection and Use

Finploy collects, stores, accesses, and uses Personal Information solely to enable Clients to utilize the features of the App/Website and enhance their user experience. This may include sharing Personal Information with Affiliates and Lenders.

2.3 Information Collected

Mandatory information collected during registration to verify identity, determine job eligibility, and safeguard against illegal activities.
Additional personal information provided voluntarily by the User.
Information accessed from social networking sites with the User's consent.
SMS data accessed with explicit User consent, limited to business messages from alphanumeric senders.
Location and device usage data collected for improved service offerings.

3. Usage of User Information

Credit report retrieval from credit bureaus for job eligibility assessment.
Enabling transactions and maintaining user profiles.
Personalized feature recommendations and communications.
Facilitating collection activities and enhancing financial service offerings.
Adapting the App to suit User interests.

By providing Personal Information, You grant Us a license to use, modify, distribute, and create new material from the information for rendering services on the App.

4. Usage of Google Advertising ID

As per Google Play Services terms, Finploy may use Google Advertising ID for advertising and user analytics purposes. This ID may be shared with advertising partners but will not be linked to personally identifiable information without explicit User consent. Finploy abides by reset and opt-out settings provided by Google.

5. Usage of Google Advertising ID

Finploy does not sell, rent, trade, or transfer Personal Information to third parties except in the following cases:

With User consent.
To financial institutions and banks for service facilitation.
For compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
To investigate fraud or security threats.
To comply with court orders and law enforcement requests.
Aggregated, non-personally identifiable information may be shared with advertisers.

6. User Choice and Opt-Out Options

Users provide Personal Information voluntarily.
Users may opt out of providing Personal Information by uninstalling the App.
To remove User details from our records, a written request must be submitted to support@Finploy.com.

Finploy collects information on an ‘as is’ basis and does not guarantee its completeness or accuracy. Users can update or correct their details online. Lost access details may be retrieved by contacting support@Finploy.com.

9. Limit of Liability

Finploy’s aggregate liability under this Privacy Policy shall be limited to Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only). We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits.
